When you stop and think about it, the fact that most people don t have a morning routine is their key to being more successful. Your Personality, Your Morning Routine

Most people believe that you need a strict morning routine to be successful. This is partly true, but there is also a big part of this right in the beginning. You need to identify your own personality type before you spend too much time defining your routines. There are four basic personality types: extroverted, anxious, quiet time people, and task-oriented people. By learning your own personality type, you can tailor your daily routines to match.

What would your morning routine be if you were the extroverted type? The way that you enjoy life is by having a variety of interests, meeting new people, and having spur-of-the-moment encounters. You would love to be out and about in the excitement of life. Being highly extroverted means that you find things exciting and stimulating. But if you have not yet learned how to deal with stress and pressure, it will be hard to get out of bed in the mornings.
